What about the Sparkling Shiraz and Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot why as that makes 8. Well the answer is simple that’s because they are just great wines so we had to include them.

SHIRAZ

The palate has good length, you’ll notice notes of dark red and purple berries, and dark chocolate, well balanced and smooth. -
SPARKLING CHARDONNAY

Giving the wine a great balance of lifted dark fruit with a medium to full palate yet soft – well rounded tannins for drinking now or many years to come. -

2020 MERLOT
